What it means in the adjuster file
An all-lines license is the broadest adjuster authority. Narrower licenses cover property and casualty only, workers' compensation, auto physical damage or crop. The lines_of_authority column lists the lines on each adjuster's record, joined with semicolons.
Keep the snapshot context
Field values describe the dataset snapshot. License details cover the states the dataset tracks, so an adjuster can hold more licenses than the file lists.
