Licensed US insurance adjuster lists, delivered as CSV
Contact lists of licensed company, independent and public adjusters with business email, phone, address, license states and lines of authority, compiled from state licensing records. Buy one state for $99 or the nationwide file for $399, paid once.
All 51 adjuster packs in one picture. The bigger the tile, the more adjusters you get for the same price; the darker it is, the more of them have an email.
Tile area follows record count; the smallest states are drawn at a minimum size so they stay tappable. Tap any tile for that pack.
Packs are grouped by the state in the business address. Counts reflect the current snapshot.
Add two or more states to a bundle: 10% off two, 15% off three, 20% off four or more.
Each cut is a filter on columns that are in every pack. The bars are drawn to scale against the whole file.

This is a real row from the adjuster file with its identifying values masked. Every pack has the same 27 columns, and an empty field means the record does not have that value.
Buy a single state, bundle a few at a discount, or take the whole country. Every pack is a one-time purchase of the current dataset snapshot.
Prices in USD. Applicable taxes calculated at checkout. Future dataset updates are not included. All sales are final.

Snapshot October 6, 2026 · 50 states + DC · 27 columns
One row per adjuster, merged by National Producer Number. Email domains are DNS-checked to accept mail and phones are checked for valid US formatting. Shared licensing inboxes stay in the file, counted in email_shared_count.
Something else?
One row per licensed adjuster, with 27 columns: name, NPN, adjuster type, lines of authority, the license states, license numbers and license classes on file, issue and expiration dates, business name and address, and business phone and email where the record has them. Every adjuster held an active license on the snapshot date.
Company (staff) adjusters, independent adjusters, public adjusters and auto damage appraisers. Public adjusters are flagged in their own column. Licensing records use the same license for company and independent adjusters, so the file cannot tell those two apart; the business name and the email domain usually can.
By the state in the business address. An adjuster in the Texas pack has a Texas business address and may hold licenses in other states. The license_states column lists where the dataset found an active adjuster license for that person.
No. It lists the states, among those the dataset tracks, where an active adjuster license was on file on the snapshot date. An adjuster can hold licenses in other states too, so treat license_state_count as a floor.
Both, and the file says which. 250,508 records have a business email. 221,539 of those addresses appear on one adjuster only. The rest are shared, most of them an employer's licensing inbox. The email_shared_count column gives the number of adjusters on each address, so you can keep only the ones equal to 1.
Yes. Download the free 1,000-record adjuster sample, which covers all 50 states and DC and has the same columns as the paid packs, or search the masked adjuster directory.
No. A state pack, a multi-state bundle and the nationwide file are each a one-time purchase of the current snapshot. There is no account and no renewal, and later refreshes are not included.
Yes. Two adjuster state packs bought together are 10% off, three are 15% off, and four or five are 20% off. From 6 states the nationwide file at $399 costs less than a bundle.
Every pack has the columns to make that cut yourself: is_public_adjuster, is_designated_home_state, lines_of_authority, license_state_count and years_licensed. If you want a file with only one segment, send us the segment and the states through the contact form for a count and a quote.
No. They are separate files with separate packs and prices. A person who holds both an adjuster license and a producer license can appear in both.
Pay at our secure checkout and you return to a private order page with your download, usually within seconds of payment. Each pack is a gzip-compressed CSV file; extract the .csv.gz before importing it. Bookmark the page: access lasts 48 hours and allows up to five downloads of each file.
All sales are final. A pack is a digital file delivered in full at download, so it cannot be returned. That is why the free sample and the exact record, email and phone counts are available before you pay. If a download fails or you receive the wrong file, email support and we will restore access.
