No. State packs and the nationwide database are one-time CSV purchases. There are no monthly charges, renewals, or accounts required. Your purchase covers the dataset snapshot described on the product page; future updates are not included.
02Are these insurance agents or people looking for insurance?+
These are insurance producer and agent records for B2B outreach, recruiting, and distribution. They are not consumer insurance leads, quote requests, or people who have opted in to buy an insurance policy.
03What is included in each record?+
The CSV has 25 columns, including name, NPN, licensing information, lines of authority, address state, city, business email, business phone, agency, and source attribution. Field availability varies. Pack pages show the exact count of records with an email and phone.
04How are state packs organized?+
Records are grouped by the state in the address field. A producer may hold licenses in multiple states, and the licensing source may be a different state. An address-state pack does not guarantee a current license in that state.
05Can I inspect the data before buying?+
Yes. Download a free 255-record sample covering all 50 states and DC, or explore the masked public directory. The sample has the same CSV columns as the paid packs.
06Are all emails verified or all licenses active?+
We report the contact details and license status supplied by the source dataset. We do not claim inbox verification, guaranteed deliverability, or current active status for every record. Check the sample and source fields before using the data.
07How do I receive my file?+
Online purchasing is not enabled yet. You can download the free sample now. Paid packs are prepared as gzip-compressed CSV files; private delivery will be activated when a payment provider is selected.
08Can I use the file in my CRM?+
Yes. CSV files work with common CRM and spreadsheet import tools. Map fields explicitly, review duplicates, and use appropriate consent and suppression practices for your outreach. The nationwide file is large; import it in batches if your software has a row limit.
