Download format
Paid packs are UTF-8 CSV files compressed with gzip, using the .csv.gz extension. Extract the download before importing. The free sample is an uncompressed CSV. The nationwide export may exceed a spreadsheet’s row capacity; use a database or split the import into batches.
Contact and location fields
The CSV includes full_name, first_name, last_name, address, city, state, postal_code, business_phone, business_email, and agency_name. Empty values mean the source did not supply that information.
Licensing and attribution fields
Licensing fields include npn, license_number, license_type, lines_of_authority, license_status, issue_date, expiration_date, years_licensed, is_life_health, and is_property_casualty. Attribution fields are source, source_url, ingested_at, email_source, and phone_source.
Importing
Preserve identifiers, phone numbers, and postal codes as text. Check duplicate behavior and test a small batch first. The import guides explain a platform-independent field-mapping workflow for commonly used CRMs.
