The current snapshot
Each refresh downloads the current licensee files from the publishing agencies and rebuilds the dataset. This snapshot was built on October 4, 2026, the date shown in the ingested_at field. Records are merged by National Producer Number, so a producer licensed in several of the sources appears once. Only people who held at least one active license on the snapshot date are included. The packs keep the 25-column structure and source attribution.
Source attribution
The source column lists every file that contributed to a record: florida_dfs, texas_tdi, iowa_open_data, louisiana_ldi, vermont_dfr, nevada_doi, mississippi_mid, and naic_sbs (the NAIC State Based Systems licensee lookup). Records include source_url, and email_source and phone_source name the file that supplied each contact. Some missing contacts are filled from the CMS HealthCare.gov Find Local Help agent directory (cms_find_local_help) when the name and location match exactly one agent.
Address geography and nationwide coverage
State packs use the state in the address field. Licensing sources may be from another state, and a producer can hold nonresident licenses. The nationwide export combines the 50 US states and DC. It excludes territories, non-US state values, and missing states. Nationwide address coverage is not a complete census of currently active licenses.
What coverage counts mean
Email and phone counts measure nonempty fields. Email domains are checked in DNS, and addresses on domains that cannot receive mail are removed; individual inboxes are not verified. Where a producer has both a personal address and a shared company licensing inbox, the personal address is used. Phone numbers are checked for valid US formatting. None of this measures consent or reachability.
Public preview and sample
The directory contains up to 120 masked preview rows per address state. Name and city search only covers that subset. The free CSV contains 255 real records, five from each of the 51 address markets, with the same columns as paid packs. Specialty display prioritizes life & health when both specialty flags are present; CSV flags preserve the full detail.
